Martin Hermsen
Martin is Senior Executive Partner at Accenture and manager of the CRM Service line in the Benelux. He has 15 years of experience in Marketing and Sales Strategy and
CRM. Martin worked as a consultant for companies in industries like telecom, consumer business, pharmaceuticals and automotive in both Europe and the US. Martin is focusing today on helping clients to transfer into customer centric companies by building world class customer interaction capabilities. Martin has an MBA from the Erasmus Graduate School of Business, Rotterdam School of Management.
